A June Recap

The month of June brought some hot weather with it for sure! Temperatures will only continue to rise as we cross into the next phase of summer so here’s to everyone staying cool.

June was filled with a range of opportunities to pipe for life’s variety of celebration. Along with honoring a few individuals through private memorial services, Michael kept active in the Indian River community at several functions. Around the middle of the month, there was an Installation Service for a new minister of First Baptist Church, which is always a privilege to be part of such a momentous occasion.

Towards the end of the month, the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce Golf Classic served as a great beginning to one morning. The occasion lent opportunity for kicking off an early day with determined intention for all involved. Michael extends his congrats again for the winners of this Classic.

Michael also attended Vero Beach Downtown Friday to pipe during a tribute for all branches of military in anticipation of Independence Day. The turnout of the crowd was tremendous and the weather was just right making Downtown Friday a thorough success.

June presented the Michael E Hyde Bagpiper For All Occasions bimonthly newsletter as well. This publication provides a concise recap of monthly happenings and highlights distinctive components. If you didn’t receive it and wish to not miss out again, please sign up at michaelhydebagpiper.com. When subscribed, the next one will arrive to your inbox in August.

Michael looks forward to what July will bring and hopes to see you at different events. Contact him today if you have a specific idea for inclusion of the bagpipes. Everyone have a safe, happy, and grateful 4th of July!
